Having initially trained as a dancer I was fairly sceptical about exactly what results I would get from having a personal trainer. However not only have I lost 5per cent body fat and gone down a dress size in only four weeks but also my thanks to the programme Anil devised for me I am now making the most of my gym membership. I am much more focused, more aware of the needs of my body and much more productive both at the gym and in my life generally. He made me the programme which isolated few muscle groups for me per day so I was constantly working the entire body with a lot more focus. This worked really well as I didn’t get bored with the everyday routine I was once in, and I feel a lot leaner, stronger and feel GREAT! The variety of new stuff he was teaching me allowed me to stay motivated and committed as he was always coming over even when we were not having a session.. The diet plan devised also worked around my schedule and my thanks must go to Anil for giving such essential guides on the foods to eat, the portion sizes, types of food but also the timings! Anil offers support and encouragement every time I see him even if I am not seeing him for a session. His commitment to me has helped turn around the way I train.


I would highly recommend Anil as anyone’s personal trainer. His knowledge is excellent and he has a very caring manner towards you, whether you are male or female.! He is always proud of the progress you make and is always full of praise and encouragement, and most importantly he WILL get you results!

Anil, was my personal trainer for 4 months. He was extremely good at being able to motivate me, and I certainly saw the results when I took his advice and followed his instructions.

Anil is friendly, polite and professional and you can see that he enjoys his job.  He was able to actually make exercising enjoyable and something fun to do whilst burning the calories, which I thought would never ever happen.  My favourite exercise with him was boxing as I was able to release stress and tone my body at the same time.

I used to visit the gym regularly but did not see any results, I had even resigned myself to going up a dress size. But after training with Anil for a couple of months I started to not only feel the benefits but also see the benefits. Anil tailors my training to suit my needs, focusing on my areas of concern. Anils approach to training is very different to other personal trainers you will find in the gym. Its not just about getting hot and sweaty, training sessions have to be fun and that is what I got with Anil.


I have been a member of a gym for the last 10 years. In that time I have had two boys, and like most people almost doubled in size. Whatever I did, the baby fat just did not shift. I had endless number of programmes designed for me by various trainers, not a single one worked until I met Anil. His charming personality made him very approachable. I booked in for a training session and WOW! After one session with him I just wanted to carry on as the results began to show and it was amazing. I am a lot leaner and stronger, and the bulging belly has definitely gone through his abdominal exercises he carried out with me!

Anil is an excellent trainer, he is motivating, encouraging and knowledgeable. He always pushes me on to finish my reps or lift a heavier weight when I would have given up long before. Anil explained the exercises to me, told me which areas I was working and how it would benefit me, constantly ensuring that I was performing them correctly. Anil is a sensitive trainer - he has the ability to recognize when you are having a bad day and adapts your programme accordingly (and puts up with your bad moods!). He is proud of you and the achievements you make and rewards you with praise and encouragement for your progress and effort - which is inspiration enough to push yourself further. Anil is always on hand with hints and tips on diet, exercise and health in general. He really enjoys what he does and it shows in his enthusiasm and knowledge, and it's catching - I find myself telling others the information that Anil tells me. I would recommend Anil to anybody who is looking for a Personal Trainer - he is honest and firm but friendly and easy to get on with and, most importantly, he gets results.

I say this with a sense of accuracy, and without exaggeration, that my personal training session with Anil has been transforming. I have never felt more fit in a long, long time. I trained with Anil in October 2008 and after the initial session to establish my needs and goals Anil prepared a plan for me . The next session was quite intense and included a good balance of weight training and cardio work outs.

 

I had an hour session once a week and each time Anil had planned a different workout so that i boredom didn't set in! Anil was supportive and encouraging throughout and i felt that i had the incentive to do well because he had put a tremendous amount of effort into the planning. My workout was always prepared for me so i never had to wait around for him to set up.

 

He was always punctual in fact i think i was late a couple of times! I had been a member at David Lloyd in Sudbury for over 5 years and never before had a personal trainer though had my plan reviewed every 6 weeks by different trainers . That was so until Anil started working there. I found him to be friendly and approachable . 

 

Anil also gave me a healthy eating plan which was well balanced and was always available to offer me advice. I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with him and was well on my way to achieving my goals . I noticed that i was beginning to tone up especially around the abs and arms within the first three sessions though i did a lot of the exercises during the week on my own too. 

 

I would recommend Anil as a personnel trainer to anyone especially to women who like myself are a little conscious of working out with male personal trainers !! I would like to thank Anil for his commitment to his work and for helping me to achieve my goals.
